About SPM
SPM stands for sic parvis magna. Loosely translated, it means "great things from small beginnings".
The company was formed in 2001 by Directors Steve Lyons and Chris Jenkins with the goal of simplifying how organisations approach asset management planning through the deployment of best practice solutions.
After several years of rapid growth, this goal has reached its fruition. SPM has built a strong reputation across New Zealand and Australia for its depth of expertise at a consultancy level and its unique software applications that simplify asset management principles and analytical techniques.
These principles and techniques have been included in the 2002 International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM) and the 2006 NAMS Property Manual, both of which are distributed throughout Australasia, the United Kingdom, South Africa and the United States.
SPM has long-term relationships with a number of partners and its broad client base includes Local and Central Governments, Housing Associations, District Health Boards and commercial organisations.
SPM has offices in Auckland, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia with plans to open in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and United States.
