Hurstville City Council has selected SPM to undertake a property survey and AMP.

Through a competitive process, Hurstville has selected SPM to undertake a condition and performance assessment of 56 buildings using both the SPM Assets software and aligned with the IPWEA/NAMS Practice Note 3.

SPM will also be developing an Asset Management Plan based on the requirements of NSW State Government's Integrated Planning and Reporting requirements. Where SPM has undertaken many of these types of projects in the past, this is the first project of this type for a New South Wales based Council.

The full project including the production of the AMP will be completed by the end of March this year. Hurstville will then be in a position to benchmark and compare information on their buildings with a number of other similar organisations throughout New Zealand and other Australian states.
