In March 2010 the Ministry of Justice appointed SPM to undertake preparation of their asset management plan.

The Plan will bring together the studies the Ministry has undertaken in recent years relating to demand and impacts of changes in legislation and court processes; extensive asset data and condition surveys and develop the capital plan utilising the CAM framework.
