Perth Convention Centre using SPM's software |

The Facility Management providers at the Perth Convention Centre will be using SPM’s processes and software to determine the long term lifecycle costing model for all infrastructure type assets.
SPM and Spotless are working together to survey the fixed plant and equipment, building fabric and fixtures, furniture and equipment with the intention of creating an accurate asset register so that long term budgets can be established. The work will build on the experience gained through Auckland’s The Edge conference venue including Aotea Centre, The Civic and The Town Hall. Geoff Beals from SPM is leading the project over the coming months. |
