SPM Consultants conducted a workshop in conjunction with SPM Applications on 28 January 2009 for users of the SPM Property application.
The workshop provided an introduction to the Property Quality Standard process, including links with Level of Service and the use of the web based SPM Property application.
SPM will facilitate a follow-on workshop in Tauranga on 11 March 2009 to further develop levels of service and property quality standards for Public Conveniences. |
