SPM has been commission by Regional Facilities Auckland (RFA) to conduct an initial consolidation of asset management planning information associated with facilities now managed by RFA.
RFA is a council controlled organisation that was created with the formation of Auckland Council in 2010 to provide a regional approach to developing Auckland’s arts, culture and heritage, leisure, sport and entertainment venues. The associated facilities were previously managed by a number of different organisations in various ways meaning the extent of asset management planning conducted was in many different forms.
This initial consolidation project is the first step in developing a consistent approach for all RFA facilities and will allow RFA to understand future requirements and to target improvement activities of the highest priority.
SPM is excited by the opportunity to work with RFA, an organisation with such an array of facilities assets, and is looking forward to developing an on-going relationship.
