SPM Software Applications

All of SPM's software applications are web-based (apart from the two mobile products). These are typically hosted for customers with the result that clients benefit from reduced costs of internal support, hardware and networking costs and at the same time have access 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.

The software applications used to support the varying consulting assignments and which may be licensed by customers are:

		A web-based system designed to support tactical to strategic asset planning, enabling asset managers to effectively assess the condition and performance of their fixed assets; efficiently formulate the priorities of physical works and pro-actively identify and define maintenance projects.
		A web-based mobile computing application with on-line access direct to SPM Assets, operating on a wide range of PDA devices; iPhones, mobile phones, netbooks and laptops, allowing surveying staff to do condition and performance assessments and immediately post the results directly to SPM Assets.
		An extremely versatile web-based application for use across a range of industry sectors such as local government, utilities, health, social housing and corporate property. The product is specifically designed to support capital asset planning functions over the life of a project from concept to implementation with a cost allocation module calculating the costs of growth.
		A web-based system designed to handle networks of assets by managing them as statistical groupings of like behaviour and providing a framework that is able to take issues such as condition and performance into account, resulting in precise optimised depreciated replacement costs and asset valuations.
		A web-based application designed to support asset verification by matching asset data against information collected, producing exception reports of mis-matches.
		A mobile computing audit solution designed to capture asset information such as make, model and serial number and to generate bar codes as required. The product links to SPM Reconcile in order that asset verification may be undertaken.
