SPM Assets Core Edition

SPM Assets Core Edition is a proven web-based property asset management planning software application specifically designed for organisations who will be implementing the guidelines outlined in the NAMS.AU Buildings Practice Manual. It provides sophisticated facilities to hold; analyse and report asset data.

The Core Edition supports all of the functions directly aligned with the NAMS.AU Building Practice Note; the Property Supplement to the 2002 International Infrastructure Management Manual and the 2006 New Zealand NAMS Property Manual.

In using the Core Edition organisations are able to efficiently and effectively short cut the data collection and condition assessment process, providing them with all the information they need to implement the essential tasks in asset management planning, through use of the following functionality:

• set up the organisational structure for managing property assets;
• set up an asset register;
• view and edit component condition information;
• have access to a comprehensive asset knowledge library incorporating:
  • unit rates
  • base life ranges
  • criticality factors
• undertake condition based risk analysis of remaining life at component level;
• generate pdf or csv outputs from the analysis;
• run a range of standard reports.

The Core Edition effectively supports organisations in undertaking the essential tasks in property asset management planning by enabling them to:

• know what they have in terms of asset condition;
• know what they need in terms of identifying gaps and
• know what is possible by undertaking condition based risk analysis
