SPM, a leading provider of asset management planning consultancy services and software applications, is to release SPM Property in two editions: Enterprise and Lite.

SPM Property Enterprise Edition provides customers with a comprehensive range of functions in order to undertake the full cycle of asset management planning as currently being used by a steadily increasing number of asset intensive organisations across a diverse range of industry sectors in New Zealand and Australia.

SPM Property Lite Edition provides customers with the basic information to get started in asset management planning, with facilities to view and edit component information; undertake lifecycle analysis and run a range of standard reports. This adapted version of the product effectively supports customers in undertaking the essential tasks in property asset management planning by enabling them to know what they have; know what they need and to know what is possible.

Commenting on the release, Roger Jameson, SPM General Manager - Sales & Marketing said, "SPM Property Lite Edition provides the perfect introduction for organisations to familiarise themselves with the key aspects in establishing asset management planning processes and frameworks.

Furthermore, SPM Property Lite Edition is specifically suited to organisations with a small property portfolio who require easy access to view the condition of their assets and to view projected renewal years for each component.

Ultimately, once acquainted with the software, this new product provides the ideal springboard to eventually progress to the full Enterprise Edition, where they can undertake more detailed analysis; model options and determine maintenance plans with confidence."

SPM Property Lite Edition is available at a reduced monthly usage fee per user, the cost of which reflects the slimmed down functionality. For further information, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
