Spotless Services Australia has licensed SPM Property to support its asset management planning operations as part of its Public Private Partnership contract with Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia.

The Edith Cowan University contract takes SPM's licensed software into double figures with Spotless, a reflection on the value that the applications are providing to this key Facilities Management provider.

Commenting on the announcement, Roger Jameson, SPM General Manager - Sales and Marketing said, "This is another important milestone in our relationship with Spotless, following hot on the heels of the licensing of SPM Property for the Perth Convention Centre contract. The use of SPM software and consultancy services is gaining rapid traction across the tertiary education sector in Australia, with contracts already in existence with Spotless for University of New South Wales and the Southbank Institute of Technology in Brisbane. We look forward to working with Spotless and representatives from Edith Cowan University in ensuring that an asset management planning framework is effectively implemented based on the data models that will be defined and analysed in SPM Property."
