Following the successful survey of Waikato District Health Board (WDHB) properties in 2008, WDHB has engaged SPM Consultants to provide support during the implementation of a multi-year building maintenance and refurbishment programme.
SPM will use information provided by construction and maintenance contractors to building information held within an SPM Property database. SPM will then use this information to support strategic asset management planning activities, including the development of a consolidated WDHB Asset Management Plan for the Ministry of Health, which is due in May 2009. |
