Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) has engaged SPM Consultants to provide assistance during the development of a consolidated Asset Management Plan for the Ministry of Health, which is due in May 2009.
In this role SPM will provide an analysis of likely asset renewal requirements, conduct a high level survey of property assets, and then produce a consolidated Asset Management Plan for the Ministry of Health. SPM will use its SPM Health , SPM Property and SPM Projects web based applications to deliver the project.
